On October 13, 2022, Covetrus, Inc. (the “Company”), Corgi Bidco, Inc. (“Parent”) and Corgi Merger Sub, Inc. (“Merger Sub”) completed the transactions contemplated by that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of May 24, 2022, by and among the Company, Parent and Merger Sub, including Merger Sub merging with and into the Company (the “Merger”) with the Company surviving the Merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent.
