*On January 25, 2022, pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated November 14, 2021, by and among Casper Sleep Inc. (the “Company”), Marlin Parent Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), and Marlin Merger Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent (“Merger Sub”), Merger Sub merged with and into the Company, with the Company continuing as the surviving corporation and as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent.
