Remarks

1) Between 10/9/1992 and 12/21/2007 the Mildred Reynolds McIntyre Revocable Trust made a variety of transfers of UFCS stock in and out of the Trust. As such, there are multiple dates the Trust may have acquired any number of the securities to be sold. 2) Some the of the securities to be sold may also be derived from inter-vivos gifts from J. Scott McIntyre Jr. between the creation of the foundation in 2/11/1997 and J. Scott McIntyre's death on October 6, 2009.
