Remarks

The shares to be sold pursuant to this Form are held by a trust established for the benefit of the family of Kris Rasmussen, the Chief Technology Officer of Figma, Inc. Although these shares are affiliated with Kris Rasmussen for purposes of aggregation under Rule 144(e), the disposition of these shares is not controlled by Mr. Rasmussen and instead is controlled by an independent trustee who will decide if, when and how shares are sold.
