Quarterly Financial Highlights

Revenue was $20.4 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, an 83% increase compared to the same period in 2020.
Net bookings were $43.2 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, a 102% increase compared to the same period in 2020.
Adjusted Gross Profit⁽¹⁾ was $4.7 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, compared to $(0.5) million for the same period in 2020. Adjusted Gross Margin was 23.2% for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, compared to (4.5%) percent for the same period in the prior year.
Net loss was $65.1 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, resulting in diluted earnings per share of $(0.60), compared to a net loss of $12.3 million in the same period in 2020, or diluted earnings per share of $(0.91).
Adjusted Net Loss⁽¹⁾ was $24.4 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, compared to an Adjusted Net Loss of $12.2 million in the same period in 2020.
Adjusted EBITDA⁽¹⁾ was $(21.5) million for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, compared to $(10.9) million in the same period in 2020.

Annual Financial Highlights

Revenue was $59.6 million for the year ended December 31, 2021, a 151% increase compared to the same period in 2020.
Net bookings were $163.9 million for the year ended December 31, 2021, a 194% increase compared to the same period in 2020.
Adjusted Gross Profit⁽¹⁾ was $18.0 million for the year ended December 31, 2021, compared to $1.0 million for the same period in 2020. Adjusted Gross Margin was 30.3% for the year ended December 31, 2021, compared to 4.4% for the same period in the prior year.
Net loss was $94.3 million for the year ended December 31, 2021, resulting in diluted earnings per share of $(2.89), compared to a net loss of $31.7 million in the same period in 2020, or diluted earnings per share of $(2.13).
Adjusted Net Loss⁽¹⁾ was $52.1 million for the year ended December 31, 2021, compared to an Adjusted Net Loss of $31.6 million in the same period in 2020.
Adjusted EBITDA⁽¹⁾ was $(44.1) million for the year ended December 31, 2021, compared to $(27.0) million in the same period in 2020.
