Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.

Effective March 16, 2026, Alexandre Conde, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer of ScanSource, Inc. (the “Company”) will change his role and responsibilities to serve as the Company’s Senior Executive Vice President, Strategy. On March 6, 2026, the Company hired Michael Webb to join the Company on March 16, 2026 as its Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer.
