1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of First Community Bankshares Inc. common stock, or at the reporting persons election, the cash value thereof. The restricted stock units vest in one installment on May 23, 2024.

2. The reporting person settled these shares in cash upon vesting.

3. Holds a 50% ownership in the company.

4. Mr. Sarver is the custodian of his daughters' accounts.

5. Stock options vest in three equal installments over three years beginning with 03/31/2022.
