Sanara MedTech Inc. (the “Company”) is furnishing a copy of an investor presentation (the “Presentation”) that the Company intends to use, in whole or in part, in one or more meetings with investors or analysts, including during the Company’s presentation at the TD Cowen 46th Annual Health Care Conference to be held in Boston, Massachusetts on March 3, 2026. A copy of the Presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
