Item 8.01.

Other Events.

On June 3, 2024, the board of directors of Sachem Capital Corp. (the “Company”) authorized and the Company declared a dividend of $0.484375 per share on the Company’s 7.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (“Series A Preferred”) payable on or about June 30, 2024 to Series A Preferred shareholders of record on June 15, 2024. The payment represents the full amount of the dividend accruing from March 30, 2024 through and including June 29, 2024.
