Company Pays Dividend for 196th Consecutive Quarter

The Board of Directors of Ryder System, Inc. (NYSE:R) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.91 per share of common stock to be paid on September 19, 2025 to shareholders of record on August 18, 2025. This dividend reflects a 12% or $0.10 increase from the $0.81 cash dividend that Ryder had been paying quarterly since July 2024.

This is Ryder's 196th consecutive quarterly cash dividend – marking more than 49 years of uninterrupted dividend payments.
