Explanation of Responses:

1. Consists of 103,796 shares of common stock received by Robert Reid Ryan directly. Such securities were received for no additional consideration in connection with (a) the business combination among SportsMap Tech Acquisition Corp. (the previous name of the Issuer) and Infrared Cameras Holdings, Inc. and (b) a distribution of shares from SportsMap, LLC, an entity in which Mr. Ryan holds certain membership interests.
