For more than a year, he has led one of the most significant technology integrations in the industry by unifying legacy platforms of RXO and Coyote Logistics.

Alyssa Slaughter serves as the senior director of operations at RXO and is responsible for the execution, strategic business growth and profitability of three brokerage branches in Charlotte, N.C., where the company is headquartered. She was recognized in the Leaders in Excellence category. Recently, Slaughter drove a nearly 10% increase in volume across her branches and directed a new "Manager-in-Training" program that resulted in a 100% promotion rate for participants.
