Other Events.

On January 16, 2024, RVL Pharmaceuticals plc (the “Company”) issued a petition in the Central Office of the High Court in Ireland to wind up the Company. The petition is due to be heard on February 12, 2024. If a winding up order is made by the High Court, a liquidator will be appointed and this will result in the winding up and, in due course, the ultimate dissolution of the Company.
