Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 20, 2025, Bill Emerson informed Rocket Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will retire from his position as President of the Company, effective December 31, 2025. Mr. Emerson will continue to serve as a director of the Company.
