("RLX Technology" or the "Company") (NYSE:RLX), a leading global branded e-vapor company, today announced that its board of directors has authorized the extension of its existing share repurchase program for an additional 24-month period through December 31, 2027. The existing share repurchase program was established in December 2021 and extended in December 2023. Under the current share repurchase program, the Company may repurchase up to US$500 million of its ordinary shares represented by ADSs until December 31, 2025. As of December 31, 2025, the Company had cumulatively repurchased approximately 170 million ordinary shares represented by ADS for an aggregate amount of approximately US$330 million, with approximately US$170 million remaining unused. Under the extended share repurchase program, the Company may repurchase up to approximately US$170 million of the ADSs through December 31, 2027.

The Company's proposed repurchases may be made from time to time on the open market at prevailing market prices, in privately negotiated transactions, in block trades, through structured or derivative transactions and/or through other legally permissible means, depending on market conditions and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. The Company's board of directors will review the share repurchase program periodically, and may authorize adjustment of its terms and size. The Company expects to fund the repurchases out of its existing cash balance.
