Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On March 30, 2022, Glenda G. McNeal notified the Board of Trustees that she has determined not to stand for reelection as a trustee of the Board of Trustees at the 2022 Annual Meeting. Ms. McNeal will remain a trustee until the Company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders on April 29, 2022. Ms. McNeal’s determination not to stand for reelection is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
