On November 7, 2022, ReWalk Robotics Ltd. (the “Company,” “we” or “us”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2022. A copy of the press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. As set forth in the press release, the Company will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2022, on November 7, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. E.S.T.
