On May 15, 2026, RenX Enterprises Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release that included financial information for its fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
