Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 2, 2026, the Compensation Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors of Reliance Global Group, Inc. (the “Company”) approved and ratified a one-time bonus arrangement for Joel Markovits, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Pursuant to the Committee’s approval and ratification, Mr. Markovits was awarded a one-time cash bonus in the gross amount of $50,000, subject to applicable tax withholding and authorized deductions.
