Item 8.01.			Other Events.

During the third quarter of 2022, Anywhere Real Estate Group LLC (the “Company”) repurchased $7 million of its 4.875% Senior Notes due 2023 through open market purchases.

On October 18, 2022, the Company issued a notice of redemption with respect to all of its approximately $340 million aggregate principal amount of outstanding 4.875% Senior Notes due 2023.

On or about November 17, 2022, the Company will redeem the 4.875% Senior Notes due 2023 at a redemption price of 100% plus the applicable "make whole" premium (as determined pursuant to the indenture governing the 4.875% Senior Notes due 2023), together with accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date.
