Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 14, 2022, Mr. Simon Pang notified the Company that he will retire effective December 31, 2022 from his position as Chief Strategy Officer of RBB Bancorp and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Royal Business Bank (collectively, the “Company”). Mr. Pang also will be retiring from his roles with the Company’s subsidiaries, affiliates and other entities related to the Company effective as of that same date. The Company will reassign Mr. Pang’s duties to other officers at the Company.

The Board of Directors wishes Mr. Pang, who was a founder of the Company, well in his retirement.
