Item 5.02			Departure of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On June 4, 2024, Andrew Burton, the President and Chief Operating Officer of Rapid7, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his resignation from his positions, effective June 30, 2024. The Company thanks Mr. Burton for his long tenure and contributions, and wishes him well as he pursues a chief executive officer role at a privately held company.
