Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 8, 2025, Rallybio Corporation issued a press release announcing the discontinuation of the Company’s RLYB212 program for the prevention of fetal and neonatal alloimmune thrombocytopenia (FNAIT) based on pharmacokinetic data from the Company’s RLYB212 Phase 2 clinical trial. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
