On June 8, 2022, Prudential Bancorp, Inc. (“Prudential Bancorp”) terminated its Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan (the “Plan”), which is administered by Computershare Shareholder Services. All participants in the Plan will be provided written notice that the Plan has been terminated.
