On February 5, 2026, Profound Medical Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the PRO FAMILIA Specialist Hospital in Rzeszów, Poland has completed its 500th Sonalleve® Procedure. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
