1. On April 22, 2025 and April 23, 2025, the reporting person acquired 7,500 shares. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were acquired in mutiple transactions at prices ranging from $13.45 to $13.95, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide Contango Ore, Inc., any security holder of Contango Ore, Inc., or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commision, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares acquired at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnote (1) of the Form 4.
