1. This transaction was made pursuant to a 10b5-1 plan adopted on December 3, 2025, and is intended to satisfy the affirmative defense conditions of Rule 10b5-1(c).

2. The price reflects the weighted average sale price of multiple transactions ranging from a low sale price of $41.36 per share to a high sale price of $42.35 per share.
