1. These RSUs were granted under the Olympic Steel's Amended and Restated 2007 Omnibus Incentive Plan, as amended (the "Plan") on January 1, 2023 and converted into shares of common stock on a one-for-one basis on January 1, 2026.

2. The total number of RSUs includes previously granted RSUs with different vesting and payment terms.

3. The total number of RSUs gives effect to the transfer of 30,330 RSUs by the Reporting Person to his ex-spouse pursuant to a qualified domestic relations order
