Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 10, 2025, Planet Green Holdings Corp. issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary Xianning Bozhuang Tea Products Co., Ltd. (“Bozhuang”) entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Inner Mongolia Lvtaiyuan Agricultural Products Co., Ltd. (“Lvtaiyuan”). Through this collaboration, Bozhuang expects to supply its black tea products to Lvtaiyuan’s sales network.
