Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares were sold pursuant to a 10b5-1 trading plan previously adopted by the Reporting Person to satisfy the Reporting Person's tax liability in connection with the January 19, 2024 vesting of certain shares of restricted stock which were granted under the Company's 2012 Equity Incentive Plan, which grants were exempt from Section 16(b) pursuant to Rule 16b-3.

2. This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $0.6363 to $0.6807, inclusive. The price reported above reflects the weighted average sales price. The Reporting Person hereby undertakes to provide upon request to the Securities and Exchange Commission staff, the Issuer or a security holder of the Issuer, full information regarding the number of shares and prices at which the transaction was effected.

3. Shares were sold pursuant to a 10b5-1 trading plan previously adopted by the Reporting Person to satisfy the Reporting Person's tax liability in connection with the January 23, 2024 vesting of certain shares of restricted stock which were granted under the Company's 2021 Equity Incentive Plan, which grants were exempt from Section 16(b) pursuant to Rule 16b-3.

4. This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $0.6293 to $0.65, inclusive. The price reported above reflects the weighted average sales price. The Reporting Person hereby undertakes to provide upon request to the Securities and Exchange Commission staff, the Issuer or a security holder of the Issuer, full information regarding the number of shares and prices at which the transaction was effected.
