Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 14, 2026, Peraso Inc. (the “Company”) announced the delivery of an initial limited production shipment of its proprietary 60GHz modules optimized for military Identification Friend or Foe (“IFF”) applications, including infantry and drone deployment, to iNTACT, an Israeli defense contractor, demonstrating the Company’s production capability. The integrated solution includes both the Company’s optimized hardware and specialized software that implements the IFF protocol, including the power reduction algorithms essential for battery-operated devices. There can be no assurance that iNTACT will place additional orders or that the Company will produce additional modules for IFF systems.
