Item 8.01. Other Events.

On April 4, 2024, Peraso Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it received an additional purchase order from a customer totaling $2.88 million. This non-cancelable order represents incremental last-time buys associated with the previously announced end-of-life program for the Company’s memory integrated circuit products. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this item 8.01.
