(b) On March 24, 2025, Michelle L. Mellion, MD resigned from her position as Chief Medical Officer of PepGen Inc. Her resignation will be effective as of the close of business on April 4, 2025. Dr. Mellion’s resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company.
