Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

PCB Bancorp, a California corporation (the “Company”), the bank holding company for Pacific City Bank, announced that on August 26, 2021, its Board of Directors approved an amendment to President and Chief Executive Officer Henry Kim’s employment agreement to extend the agreement’s term until December 31, 2026. The amendment was signed and became effective on August 26, 2021.
