On September 29, 2021, we issued a press release announcing key findings, according to a survey of top endocrinologists, spotlighting the value of new digital engagement technologies, which are poised to fill gaps in critical areas where patients and physicians need additional support in the management of type 2 diabetes (T2D). A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
