On October 22, 2025, OPAL Fuels Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will report its earnings results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025, after market close on Thursday, November 6, 2025. A conference call will take place on Friday, November 7, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
