Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On May 12, 2022, One Stop Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s financial results for its first fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Exhibit 99.1 includes non-GAAP financial measures as defined in Regulation G.
