Item 7.01		Regulation FD Disclosure

		On February 24, 2026, we announced our participation in several upcoming investor conferences. We will be participating in the UBS Midwest Utilities Conference on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, in Chicago, Illinois, followed by the Morgan Stanley Energy and Power Conference on Monday, March 2, 2026, and the Jefferies Power, Utilities and Clean Energy Conference on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, both in New York City, New York. The news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein. Curtis Dinan, senior vice president and chief operating officer, and Christopher Sighinolfi, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will be in attendance at all three conferences. They will conduct a series of meetings with members of the investment community at each event.
