Explanation of Responses:

1. The reported price has been converted into U.S. dollars from Japanese yen using the JPY159.23 = US$1 as spot exchange rate on the Transaction Date, as reported by MUFG Bank, Ltd on August 25, 2026.

2. Changes in amount of securities beneficially owned also reflect transfers of 900 shares from officer's stock ownership plan account to a brokerage account in the reporting person's name on June 25, 2026, since the reporting person's filing on Form 4 on May 25, 2026; no change in the total amount of securities beneficially owned as a result of such transfers.
