1. Represents Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") granted in partial payment of the cash bonus earned by the Reporting Person for the 2024 fiscal year. The RSUs are fully vested as of the grant date but remain subject to further restrictions.

2. Represents shares of common stock withheld by the Issuer to satisfy certain tax withholding obligations associated with the settlement of RSUs.
