The agreement will showcase vision-based technology at two Boeing sites in laboratory and test environments

(NASDAQ/TASE: ODYS), a leader in AI‑powered visual sensing and predictive maintenance (PdM) solutions for the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Boeing. This agreement will enable Odysight.ai to demonstrate its computer vision‑based predictive maintenance platform in select laboratory and test environments at two Boeing sites.

This collaboration forms part of the industrial cooperation agreement between Boeing and the Industrial Cooperation Authority (ICA). It complements Odysight.ai’s expanding portfolio of aerospace and defense engagements, which includes operational deployments and contracted programs with the Israeli Air Force (AH‑64 Apache, SH‑60 Seahawk, Heron TP UAV), a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the U.S. Navy’s Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst (NAWCAD), and a proof‑of‑concept with Honeywell Aerospace’s APU Division. Collectively, these initiatives position Odysight.ai across a broad spectrum of OEMs and operators, focusing on platforms where its technology delivers significant impact. Notably, Odysight.ai’s vision‑based monitoring system has been operational on the AH‑64 with the Israeli Air Force since 2023.
