December 31, 2024 Quarter End Summary:

Fifty-three consecutive quarterly dividends of $0.10 per share since the quarter ended December 2011.
Total assets were $658.1 million, a decrease of 1.13% from $665.6 million at June 30, 2024.
Total loans outstanding were $472.5 million, up from $469.7 million at June 30, 2024.
At December 31, 2024, our stock book value and tangible book value were $13.64 and $13.19, respectively.

Cash Dividend Declared and Paid

Total dividends paid during the quarter ended December 31, 2024 were $584 thousand. On October 24, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of the Company's common stock payable to stockholders of record as of November 7, 2024, which was paid on November 21, 2024.
