		On July 31, 2024, Northwest Pipe Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 and its current outlook. The press release contains forward-looking statements regarding the Company, and includes cautionary statements identifying important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those anticipated.
