On July 11, 2025, Nextdoor Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s ticker symbol change, as further described below. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Item 8.01 Other Events

On July 11, 2025, the Company announced the Company’s ticker symbol change to “NXDR” from “KIND”. Trading under the new ticker symbol will begin on July 21, 2025. The Company’s Class A common stock will continue to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and its CUSIP will remain unchanged.
