Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting person became subject to Section 16 on March 16, 2026. The restricted stock in the amount of 6,525 reported herein was previously granted to the reporting person on March 13, 2025 and is being reported for the first time in connection with the reporting person's initial filing obligation. The shares remain subject to vesting, with shares vesting in equal installments on the first four anniversaries of January 1, 2025, subject to continued service.
