Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects shares directly held by Noruz ehf. Noruz ehf is wholly owned by Noruz US Holdings, Inc., which is wholly owned by Noruz Holdings LLC, in which the Reporting Person owns 1 percent of the membership interest and an irrevocable family trust (the "Trust") owns 99 percent. The assets of the Trust are held for the benefit of the Reporting Person's spouse and children. The Reporting Person's spouse is a trustee of the Trust. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the filing of this report is not an admission that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of these shares for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or for any other purpose.
