Explanation of Responses:

1. Options to purchase 45,000 shares vested annually beginning on July 28, 2022 and the options for the remaining shares fully vested on July 28, 2023.

2. Options to purchase 2,084 shares vested on October 4, 2022, and the options for the remaining shares fully vested on October 4, 2023.

3. Stock options vest in equal increments monthly beginning on the first month after the grant date of 3/20/2023 (the "Grant Date") and 1/48th of the remaining number of shares vest monthly thereafter until all awarded shares are fully vested four (4) years after the Grant Date.

4. Stock options vest in equal increments monthly beginning on the first month after the grant date of 4/1/2023 (the "Grant Date") and 1/48th of the remaining number of shares vest monthly thereafter until all awarded shares are fully vested four (4) years after the Grant Date.

5. Stock options vest in equal increments monthly beginning on the first month after the grant date of 9/6/2024 (the "Grant Date") and 1/48th of the remaining number of shares vest monthly thereafter until all awarded shares are fully vested four (4) years after the Grant Date.

6. Stock options vest in equal increments monthly beginning on the first month after the grant date of 4/15/2025 (the "Grant Date") and 1/48th of the remaining number of shares vest monthly thereafter until all awarded shares are fully vested four (4) years after the Grant Date.
