1. Includes 54,778 restricted stock units (RSUs). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock upon settlement. 17,864 of the RSUs vest in five equal quarterly installments measured from March 20, 2026, 26,612 of the RSUs vest in nine equal quarterly installments measured from March 20, 2026, and 10,302 of the RSUs vest in five equal quarterly installments measured from March 20, 2026, in each case subject to Ms. Colendich's continued service through each applicable vesting date.
