Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares were acquired through dividend reinvestments at various prices at fair market value throughout the 2024 reporting year.

2. Shares were transferred from this trust to the spouse of the original beneficiary as the surviving beneficiary upon the passing of the original beneficiary, in accordance with the terms of the trust. No consideration was paid in connection with this transfer.
