Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted stock units vest in three equal installments on the first, second and third anniversaries of March 14, 2024, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer.

2. Stock options vest 25% on the first anniversary of March 14, 2024, with the remainder vesting in equal monthly installments through March 14, 2028, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer.
